Terms and conditions of sale

These terms apply to the treatments, products and gift cards sold by BURCU STUDIO SRL (House of Highline), Rue Maréchal Foch 35, 6200 Châtelineau, Belgium, BE 0712.733.729.

Booking and deposit

A 40% deposit is required to confirm any booking.
Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 48 h in advance.
After this deadline, the deposit is kept as a cancellation fee.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, VAT included.
The balance for services is paid on the day of the appointment, at the institute.
Payment methods accepted at the institute: cash and Payconiq.

Contraindications

It is your responsibility to report any medical problem, allergy or treatment that could be a contraindication, in particular in the health questionnaire. House of Highline cannot be held responsible for any reactions if this information has not been disclosed.

Liability

Our aesthetic treatments aim to improve the appearance of the skin and body. They in no way replace medical treatment. Results may vary from person to person.

Gift cards and packages

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
They cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Packages must be used within the period indicated at purchase.

Shop: delivery

Home delivery by Bpost, or free collection at the institute.
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 working days, then delivered depending on the destination.
Free delivery for purchases over €100; below that, shipping costs are shown before payment.

Shop: returns and refunds

You have 14 days after receipt to return a product.
Only unopened, unused products that still have their blister or safety seal are accepted.
Return costs are your responsibility, unless there is an error or defect attributable to House of Highline.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a disagreement, please write to us first at contact@houseofhighline.com: we will look for an amicable solution.
