Your first visit

How it works

1. You book your skin diagnosis. Online, in a free slot. You receive a confirmation email, then a reminder the day before.
2. You fill in the pre-diagnosis questionnaire. The clinic sends you the link: medical history, current treatments, current routine. Burcu reads it before seeing you.
3. The diagnosis: 45 minutes with the analyser. Analysis of your skin, a review of your questionnaire and of what you see in the mirror. It is required before any laser treatment.
4. You leave with a clear plan. The right treatments, the number of sessions, the budget and a routine to follow at home.
5. Your sessions begin. At the pace set during the diagnosis: each treatment has its own interval, shown on its page.

Tell us at the diagnosis

Some situations mean a treatment has to be adapted or postponed. Mention them to Burcu:

• pregnancy or breastfeeding;
• a tan or recent sun exposure;
• isotretinoin acne treatment in the last 6 months;
• cold sores or an active lesion on the area to be treated;
• a pacemaker or a metal implant in the area.

The diagnosis costs €100. The price of each treatment is on the Prices page.

Can’t make it? Let the clinic know at least 24 hours in advance.
