Your privacy matters to House of Highline. We collect and use your data only to handle your requests and treatments, your purchases, your training, and to improve our services. Your data is never sold.

Data collected

Surname, first name, contact details (email, phone): appointment request, contact form, site assistant, newsletter, webinar registration, training application.
History of appointments, treatments and payments.
Health information you give us for your safety (questionnaire before the diagnosis: allergies, treatments, pregnancy, medical history) and, if you agree, photos of your skin.
Shop orders and gift cards: delivery address and order information.
Browsing data (pages viewed, device), only if you accept audience measurement cookies.

Why we use it

Managing your appointments, treatments, orders and payments (performance of the contract).
Preparing your diagnosis and checking contraindications before a treatment (your explicit consent, which you can withdraw).
Sending you the newsletter or webinar reminders (your consent).
Understanding how the site is used in order to improve it (your consent to cookies).
Meeting our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Health data

Answers to the health questionnaire and your photos are read only by Burcu and the care team. They are never used for advertising. Photos are kept only with your consent.

Retention period

Treatment record and health questionnaire: 3 years after your last appointment.
Other client data: as long as you are a client, then up to 5 years after the last contact.
Accounting records: the period required by law.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers needed to run the site and the institute:

o2switch (website hosting, in France);
Mollie (online payments for the training);
Bunny.net (streaming of the training videos);
Google (audience measurement, only with your consent);
WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to write to us on WhatsApp;
the competent authorities, if required by law.

Cookies

The site uses cookies needed for it to work (log-in, basket, the assistant's memory) and, with your consent, audience measurement cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie button at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

You can at any time request access to your data, its correction, deletion or portability, object to processing or withdraw your consent. Write to us at contact@houseofhighline.com or via the contact page.
